These smell unbelievably strongly of poo or dung. I understand they're from Thailand and probably traveled by elephant through the jungle to reach me here in grey UK, but that romantic image faded when I had a whiff. I have tried airing them out and cleaning them, to no avail. I have purchased natural loofahs before and they never stank bad enough to give me nightmares. These do.
