I purchased this item because my husband is fed up of paying barber shop prices (believe me, their isn't much too cut)& I've recently started to cut his hair at home. I was always using an old towel to throw around his shoulders whilst using the clippers. But decided to invest in a cape, It's very thin, large, Velcro fastenings at the back of the neck & well worth every single penny. I'm so pleased with it. My husband actually colour's my hair for me & I will be using it too. If you want it for the kids haircuts you may find the neck fastening way too big, but for adults it's fine. Delivery Was so quick, I was given an estimated delivery date but it had arrived well before it was due too. So many thanks for an excellent service.

Not worth the money, 14 Sept. 2014

The cape has a single square of velcro to secure it at the neck, which only allows for one size only. My son's neck is not that big, so we got hair all over anyways. The cape is also quite thin, so when undoing the velcro to remove the cape, it has started to tear after the one use.

So thin and insubstantial to be useless, too short,I could go on but it is not worth the bother - totally valueless, threw it out, a black bin bag (although also not up to the job) would be better.
