Although the YouTube video on how to use this are young girls-women; the dermaroller definitely work on tightening my skin on my face and body and I use it on my hair where it had started to thin. I've 62"( *,5 seen the difference. But you do need to keep replacing it once it's too used up just as you would a toothbrush or hairbrush.

I've been using the derma roller for a month now and I've started to notice my skin is a lot smoother. The roller is definitely working, just have to keep it up.
