Works. Water based and no stinky and nasty chemicals. I use this to help set my curls with foam rollers. Unfortunately my hair is too long and too heavy for my curls to stay for more than about 4 hours.

My usual setting lotion has been discontinued !!! Much to my horror!!! I set my hair the old fashioned way as I have my hair in a 1950s style and only setting lotion works , this product is excellent and as you have to dilute it you get a lot for your money , I'm a repeat buyer of this product I highly recommend it
