My daughter has fine curly hair and I have thick wavy hair and this brush works perfectly for both of us. When I use it I do feel like it's not brushing the underneath, but I can assure you that it is. I have tested it with my old hair brush and it is knot free. It feels so light on your hair and rarely hurts on a knot. It really does comb out knots pain free 99% of the time. I dont know if this is a fake like the other feedback says, but who cares as it works! No more tears when I have to brush my daughters hair, that's all that matters.

DON T BUY THIS WET BRUSH!!!!!!!!I JUST GOT DELIVERY TODAY AND I WILL RETURN BACK AS DOESN T COME ON THE ORIGINAL PACK ON THE PHOTO. I GOTTHE ORIGINAL ONE IN USA AND IS COMPLETLY DIFFERENT.

I does not do what it says, my daughters hair is very curly so thought this would be idel for her atter washing her hair it gets badly tangled still a struggle even with the brush.
