My husband gets very dry patches on either side of his nose after shaving,since using this product he has had no further problems and has stopped moaning about "nothing works" and using my expensive moisturiser, so he has insisted he will use nothing else, only slight niggle for me is I have to order it because we have no local Body Shop hence the four stars .

The best shaving cream I've tried yet, 17 Dec. 2015

I received this as a present as a pack which included the Body Shop shaving brush. After an awful experience with the brush (fell apart after 7 shaves) I was wary of what to expect here.

It didn't take long for my opinion to be changed. First off you will need a shaving bowl or mug, a few swirls of the brush on the cream and it mixes beautifully, be wary as a lot goes a long way and I had a bit of waste during my first few attempts using this. A lot of people seem to comment about the smell (love/hate) however I didn't notice it at all, not unpleasant or particularly pleasurable to my nostrils. The lather is rich, thick and creamy and an absolute delight to shave with. I mostly shave with a Merkur 37c double edge safety razor so I have had some bad experiences when shaving creams don't produce good lather. The thick lather allowed the blade to guide effortlessly over my face and provided plenty of protection. I wasn't looking to change my shaving cream, but this...
