Madame Rochas - The new fragrance?, 28 Sept. 2012

Having purchased Madame for many years, this 'new' product is very faint in comparison. It is no fault of the supplier, but having contacted the manufacturer last year was told that the frangrance was no longer made in the old style. What they are making is the new Madame for todays woman, the same but lighter. Having said that I was then informed that production ceased altogether in August 2011, so I guess that what we are buying now is the last stock of what was manufactured then. The fragrance never used to change on me but it does now and doesn't last as long either. It doen't draw the compliments either. Whether I remain a purchaser I don't know, but I am certainly looking hard for somthing else to become my signature fragrance.

This has always been my absolute favourite perfum due to the memories, it created for me. It has got this strong hint of old fashioned elegance and indulgence. It is also 'staying with me throughout the day, but that depends on individual skin types. For me it is the best and I hope I will be able to purchase it for a few more years!

I searched all over for this, and was delighted to see it on Amazon. This was a perfume I used in the 70's for many years , I always had many compliments when wearing it. I can highly recommend this if you like a "feminine, light floral, and fresh smelling scent" this is the one. The order was delivered on day as promised. Thank you :)
