So much softer and gentler than facecloths, 25 Aug. 2016

I bought this Pinky Micro Fibre Facial Mitt to use in place of a standard facecloth that I use every night with my facial cleanser for removing my makeup as the fibres can be slightly rough on your skin and I was looking for something that was softer and more delicate.

This product arrived packaged well which prevented it from being damaged in transit or delivery. The face mitt is made from soft pink micro fibre material and measures approximately 10 x 2 x 2 centimetres. It claims to be able to remove makeup and dirt from your face without the need of cleansers and makeup wipes due to the design of the fibres in the facial mitt which are looped in a criss cross fashion designed to lift and trap makeup and dirt within the loops.

The facial mitt is very easy to use, simply soak the mitt in warm, clean water and wipe it gently around your face in circular motions to remove any makeup and dirt residue. It is extremely soft and gentle and does not irritate my...

This is ultra soft material, I purchased this specifically to use on my face in place of the hard wash rags and also the automatic facial scrubber. The girl that gave me a facial told me to stop using the automatic facial scrubber, which I could not understand why until she told me that they cause broken blood vessels on your face and she was right. I wanted to be much more gentle and because this is so soft, its a delight. I think I should have washed it before my first use because I have pink fuzzies all over my face after I use, hoping that will go away. Before purchasing this microfiber mitt, I did extensive research. By extensive, I mean I watched a few YouTube videos. After which I was immediately satisfied with my find.

Initially, when I heard of microfiber facial mitts, I would think of those cloths used for cleaning dishes or even cars. So when I started noticing more cosmetic companies marking these for skin care, I became intrigued. So you better believe that as soon as the post man delivered my goodies, I ran up stairs straight to the bathroom to try it out.

These mitts are supposed to completely remove makeup. According to Wikipedia, Microfiber is 1/100th the diameter of a human hair and 1/20th the diameter of a strand of silk. These tiny fibres have the amazing ability to absorb oils and dirt while reducing bacteria by 99%.
