Very disappointed. Had high hopes for this where other products had failed but this one joins them., 8 Aug. 2015

Was really hoping that this would be the cure I was looking for.I have always suffered with either a full neck or irritation or ingrown hairs due to my flat-lying curly and coarse beard hair. I have tried Veet for men before which had no effect. When I saw this product was designed for tough beard hair I jumped at the chance.As soon as I received it, I made it up as per directed, 2 teaspoon with 2 teaspoons of water, shook it in a sealed container as someone else suggested, which mixed it up in a matter of seconds and applied. Waited 7 minutes, wiped it off and no change! Was extremely disappointed but at least the cost could have been a lot worse. Was a little sore from being on that long, but nothing I didn't expect.Took a pic (attached) straight after wiping it off to show how much hair it left on my face/neck.

Amazing product; though it does take a bit of mixing first. I have found the best way was to add a little cold water to the powder at a time as too much too soon made the powder 'float' on the water and was harder to work in. Once mixed in you get a really creamy mixture which is easy to apply to your skin. The results were amazing, really smooth skin in areas where I normally get razor burn or bumps.
