They are then hand sharpened to a perfect and precise finish. Maltesers specific quality requirements, in respect of high grade materials and perfect production, are above Solingen standard. With a lifetime guarantee, these pliers are created for use on the nail cuticle only. With the exception of the Malteser Blackhead Remover, only clean and strerilise in Eau de Cologne or Alcohol. Nickel plated steel is unprotected at the cutting edge and inner edges of the blade. If not dried and oiled soon after contact with water rust may form.
