This is utterly amazing stuff! When I have a break out, I apply it morning and night and get noticeable results after one day! It heals and reduces spots fast, and in conjunction with the Skin Ease and Repair gel, my acne is cleared very quickly. It's calming, reduces redness, reduces the swelling of the spot and helps clear up the scarring.

When I first read the "blurb" for this blemish cream I was confused by the UMF 18+ tag, thinking this meant that the product was not suitable for under 18s. Further investigation uncovered the mystery behind the UMF which actually stands for Unique Manuka Factor, 18+ being a particularly high level of Manuka Honey. Now that I discovered the secret of the UMF, I was more concerned about if it could have a noticeable effect on both my menopausal complexion and my daughter's teenage skin.

I've been very impressed by the rest of the Manuka Doctor range as it has evened out and rehydrated my skin without causing extra breakouts but the odd pesky spot still comes along to spoil the party. This blemish cream was very effective at reducing the pain, redness and even the size of one particularly stubborn spot and without causing the flaky, dry residue which I usually experience with spot creams. Likewise, my daughter found it successful in calming down problem areas...

So glad I ordered this, for the first time in ages I can go without makeup as I don't have those unsightly spots that I used to get. A great alternative to quinoderm which I can't seem to find anywhere except this is more natural and won't stain your clothes!
