Very good for skin imperfections, 22 Jun. 2016

Everything's right about this apart from the size of it. You only get 25ml which is about as small as it could be. I'm grumbling because I want more of it, this is the first product of its kind that I have tried over the past three or four years since developing what seems to be a permanent skin problem confined to a small area of my body. Quite simply, this works while all manner of other products have not. There's a slight burning sensation upon initial application but it disappears within seconds. So too does the irritating itch that has been nagging me for years.

I cannot remember all the creams, gels and ointments I have tried prior to this. Some have been prescribed by doctors, others are familiar household names. All generally have one thing in common : to relieve discomfort or itching from skin damage or various dermatological imperfections, but none of them have worked.

ApiRevive Manuka must have an ingredient - or a combination of ingredients - that...

The jury is still out!, 12 July 2016
I've waited until the last moment to post this Vine review as I was hoping I could have something positive to say about it. I've always used Aloe Vera gel for bites/skin irritations which I've found very effective and was interested to see how this product compared. I haven't had cause to use the Manuka product that much, but on the couple of occasions that I have, I have to say I didn't notice a lot of improvement. It my have lessened the redness a little but not significantly, so for me the the jury is still out.In its favour, the tube is a small compact size so ideal to put in your washbag for travelling and it does absorb into the skin well but I will need to use it a lot more before I would consider wholeheartedly recommending it. I shall keep hold of it for future use and I will update this review if I feel it has made any big improvement.

Manuka ApiRevive Tea Tree Gel, 11 Jun. 2016
This is a really useful product to stash in the bathroom cabinet as it can be used for a wide array of medical and cosmetic tasks. My husband suffers quite badly from insect bites during the summer months and found this a very cooling and soothing product to apply afterwards. The gel itself smells quite strongly if the tea tree element, but it certainly isn't unpleasant.Obviously it's got bee venom as one of its ingredients, so a patch test is advisable. I'd recommend this product and it's reasonably priced too.
