It has a strong long lasting smell. I would describe it as a grown-up perfume. It's not light fresh or sweet but as a very sophisticated, luxurious decadent smell. Hence the name. And the bottle would make an excellent show piece on the dressing table.

Lovely rich fragrance in a gorgeous bottle, 22 Sept. 2015
Marc Jacobs always produces wonderful bottles, making his fragrances collectors items even when empty. This bottle beats them all and is so adorable that even if you end up not liking it you'll covet this gorgeous bottle.It opens with rich notes of plum, iris and saffron, bedding down into a spicy finish with amber and more lashings of plum. More suited to evening than daytime, it's rich and deeply fruity and long lasting. This will be a runaway bestseller and will be on many, many wish lists!
