Fast delivery and good product. Appears well made. Moves back well on carpet as long as it isn't thick carpet but moving forward is not so easy. This might also depend on the weight of the person using it. If you are using the stool for relaxation type therapies and you need to get on and off the stool while doing treatment the sound of the gas function can be a little off-putting. Despite this the product is very good for the price and would recommend it.
