The order arrived very quickly and at first I was very impressed but the colour turned out to be not as advertised. I ordered 10MM Light Blonde Mocha Mocha. I use this colour a lot - every month for the last 3 years. Usually it arrives in a pink box and the color is printed on the box. The colour from this supplier arrived in an orange box and the sticker with words "10MM Light Blonde Mocha Mocha" was attached to the box. I thought that Socolor might have changed packaging so did not return the product and decided to try it out. The color looks nothing like it should. I am strawberry blonde and usually use this shade to lift up my hair color two tones lighter but the result from this product was very dark strawberry blonde (one tone down from my natural colour). Overall, I am completely disappointed with the colour. Now need to wait 2 weeks, get a proper 10MM and do it all over again...
