There was only one pencil, instead of three, as anticipated. I have kept the envelope and the (unopened) pack of (one) pencil but I can do nothing more. I am happy to return the pencil and order a fresh pack of three if you should so wish. Will you please let me kbnow a.s.a.p. Thank you
