You're really getting what you pay for with this made in china applicator bottle. The tip is not finished well and has a sharp bit on that scratches my scalp.. I cant work the measures out.. But i wasn't expecting alot for the price! It works tho. I have since ordered another sibel one for about 3 quid more. I suggest you do too
