While this is not a miracle cure it is certainly one of the best spot treatments I have tried. My spots definately look less inflamed after using it and it doesn't stain my pillows like other products. The only negative is that it is quite expensive for quite a small bottle.

I started using this product because I used to have spots as part of my pms and since then I have not have spots, my skin is nice again. I used it not only on the spot, I put a layer all over the face. I highly recommend it.
