horrible enfd of finger cracks, 16 April 2013

This product just ticks all the boxes was recmmended to me by a retired pharmacist and she was so right,for years I have suffered from time to time those awful cracks at the finger tips Melrose is perfect and repairs quickly and makes the skin around sofrt and pliable again. I have been told by Boots they don't stock it anymore as it is out of production franklly do not believe them(they ain't what they used to be!) so went to Amazon and as sure as hell it was there.Thank You A.

I've purchased many products in an effort to find something to heal my terribly dry elbows. Melrose Emollient works. I have to apply it liberally which isn't that easy as the texture of the product doesn't lend itself too well for blending. But it has definitely improved my cracked, inflamed elbows. I've also used it on other dry areas and it works like a charm. I hope Amazon get it back in stock soon!

Burned my lip badly and it was stupidly sore for such a tiny burn ... and then it started to crack. It looked a mess and felt worse. The owner at the salon I use recommended using this as a lip balm, so I bought a stick and have been amazed by how quickly it worked to soothe and help the burn heal ... I realise it's basically petroleum jelly, but the added oils really work. I will buy one for every member of my household to keep with them this winter. Absolutely blown away by this blast from the past. Yes, it is a tad gloopy, but no more than most lip balms, plus it doesn't seem to set on your lips like some do. Even when it's worn off, it leaves your lips feeling smooth. Highly recommended!
