Having only used the GloPro twice I have only selected "I like it rating" as results in skin texture is alleged to take at least 30 days for any improvement to be seen. However, after my first use (results seen the following day) I was impressed. I suffer occasionally from small white spots under my skin (I believe these to be called milia or milk spots). This was not the reason I bought the GloPro (I bought it for the wrinkles), but following first use one of these had risen to the surface of my skin and was easily removed by simply scratching slightly. The other one I currently have is beginning to rise to the surface also and will soon be gone (these have been particularly stubborn ones for months up to now!) Also, there is absolutely no pain or blood when using this device (not for me anyway) and I have used my usual face cream following use with no problems (Aldi Lacura night caviar cream - I personally love their range).
