A brilliant foot care product - I love it!, 31 Aug. 2015

As somebody who likes to look after their feet and keep them in tip top condition I'm always looking for good foot care products. I have been using this footfile for over one month now.

I've got the Micropedi man and it's 'okay' but it doesn't cover everything for me. I was taken by it at first but I would say it's good for finishing off or buffing up after using something like this.

This is a brilliant tool for women or men if you like to keep the skin on your feet silky smooth and ensuring your feet are clean and fresh. I have uploaded a few photos to show it up close.

The file itself is extremely well built and feels solid in your hand. The easy- grip handle and surround are robust and hold the steel plate in very well indeed. The plate is slightly curved and made from stainless steel and is very solid (not some thin bendy rubbish!). The steel plate can be removed from the surround for cleaning if need be.

After so many years of enduring an excruciatingly painful cracked heel, and after spending so much on everything from a battery operated MicroPedi to something that resembled a cut throat razor, I have finally found something that actually works. This is just completely brilliant. Don't go hell for leather the first time you use it or you will end up inches shorter, with tender heels. But over the course of a week, with gentle use every night or so, this banished the deep cracks, the hard skin and the frustration. Now I use it twice a week, and moisturise every night, and my heel looks the best it is done for many years. Cheesy it might sound, but this humble piece of kit has really, really made life just that little bit better for me.

the best thing for heels ever!, 2 Oct. 2015

I have bought countless files for my ghastly heels - I have to keep them in check as I suffer from cracked heels which are not only painful but very ugly. This is the only file that really works and I think this is the best gadget I have ever bought! It looks exactly the same as my Microplane cheese grater (it is exactly the same really only this one is a very pink - it was cheaper than the black one.....)The first time I used it I was amazed (horrified) by the pile of filings on the floor! Giving my heels a regular (quick) file keeps them looking and feeling much better. I always use a heel lotion before I go to bed and with the nasty build-up of skin gone the lotion really helps!Love it, love it, love it!
