Wow! What can I say! I ordered my mineral foundation, it turned up very quickly, but was much lighter than I expected. To be fair, I struggled with choosing using their colour chart and went for a lighter shade. I was a bit disappointed, but thought I could still use it. A couple of days later, I received an email from them asking if I was happy with everything. Normally, I wouldn't bother saying anything, but as they asked for my experience, I sent back an email, saying that I was pleased with the quality, but that I had chosen too light a shade, but I would give good feedback, just because they followed up my purchase. To my surprise, they emailed straight back (the same day!) and offered me a voucher code to purchase a more suitable shade of the mineral powder FREE OF CHARGE! I just had to pay&up, which is fine.
