Wow! What can I say! I ordered my mineral foundation, it turned up very quickly, but was much lighter than I expected. To be fair, I struggled with choosing using their colour chart and went for a lighter shade. I was a bit disappointed, but thought I could still use it. A couple of days later, I received an email from them asking if I was happy with everything. Normally, I wouldn't bother saying anything, but as they asked for my experience, I sent back an email, saying that I was pleased with the quality, but that I had chosen too light a shade, but I would give good feedback, just because they followed up my purchase. To my surprise, they emailed straight back (the same day!) and offered me a voucher code to purchase a more suitable shade of the mineral powder FREE OF CHARGE! I just had to pay&up, which is fine. They also said they had changed their colour chart to be more representative of the shades. I duly ordered my FREE powder, choosing the shade I was originally going...

I've never left a review for anything, good or bad before. But... People need to buy this ! Absolutely fantastic. I work in a resturant- my face gets very hot and sweaty. (Attractive yesss!) But this stays perfect. It goes on like a dream, I hate faffing around. Matches my skin tone perfectly, and hides even the nastiest spots unlike any other product I've worn. 10/10. Well worth the money. Will be buying again and recommendjng to everyone I know. Oh and having ordered on the Thursday with free delivery I wasn't exspecting it to be delivered until the next week, yet it arrived on the Saturday!!!! Outstanding!!!
