Ooooohh! I REALLY like this!This is a little wonder balm. Its great before exercise - as it has a stimulating and uplifting smell and effect, but its also great after a workout for tired muscles.It has a wonderful spearmint smell and it warms the skin soothing it. It contains among other things; Arnica (a known remedy for shocks, sprains and bruising, spearmint, which is antiseptic, cleansing, uplifting and soothing, and shea butter - one of the most popular and best moisurisers.It has a tingling astringent effect. I use a little on my temples and forehead after a long hard stressful day and it feels lovely.I've never come across a muscle soother that smells this good before. Most have a horrid medicinal smell. At around £21 it dosnt cost much more than a chemist brand. This is definitely worth a try. A little goes a long way.

Great for tense muscles, even after a day in the office!, 14 Mar. 2014
After a stressful day at the office, I apply Workout Wonder on the back of my neck and on my temples, it really helps me cooling down and relax, it only takes a little splodge of product to work wonders!
