Initially, I had an issue with Afrocosmetics4u but in the end, they came through brilliantly for me. I was glad they listened to me, as I, personally, judge a company's success rates by their customer service policies, and the way they treat their customers. Listening to customers' complaints is key, reassuring them is pivotal, and ensuring customer satisfaction clinches the deal. That's what did it for me, the fact that they listened and wanted to ensure my patronage was a satisfactory and lengthy one. I am yet to use the Mizani products, however, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I shall definitely review the products once used.

Great product, delivered the day before it was supposed to arrive although it didn't come with a neutralizing shampoo which is vital if your going to perm your hair, I only noticed this when the perm was on my head >_> so instead I had to use vinegar which I heard is a good neutralizing liquid. The products great and it permed my hair dead straight and there was a little hair loss, but I do wish I had my curly hair back as it was my first time relaxing my hair :\ Great service, good product, 4 stars!
