To wear this you need to pull the elasticated end down over all your wet hair to around your neck. Then you pull it back up to cover your hair and button it up.Who wants all their wet hair pushed down to their neck? Not any of my daughters. Gets very wet and uncomfortable. Feels constricting around the neck before being pulled up to cover hair.
