i brought this as having long thick wavy hair it can sometimes be a nightmare to work with
this arrived in retail packaging and a indented inlay and was presented very well
This straightening brush is bigger than my current one but alot better quality for a start the electric cable is fixed to the brush unlike my current one which is a adaptor style
The brush bristle lengths are different heights so its easier to straighten your hair by brushing over the top and this has three buttons the power button and two extra heat up and heat down which is better depending or what your hair is like
this straightening brush comes with an instruction booklet which is very easy to understand and includes cleaning instructions.
the brush itself is made from plastic and is comfortable to hold and use and the buttons are on the side of the handle so easy to operate
i found using this alot easier than my current straightener as the heat...

It does feel very good quality i took the fuse out to see what size it was and it was a 13 amp fuse so that was good and the cable was very thick and felt very solid and well made and the whole thing has got a bit of weight to it
When i first turned it on it smelt a bit and the temperature reading was going all over the place but it soon settled down . The power lead does swivel around but i dont think that adds anything to it because the cable is very long so you should not have any trouble moving it around and there is also a velcro cable management tie on the power cord
The red tips at the end of the brush are very flexible and soft
I should also say i got this item at a discounted price or for free for my honest review and they are my honest opinion
