I suffer from fairly sever arthritis. I already use sleep massage oil from this seller that I would recommend to anyone. So thought I would give this a try. It is very good indeed when you rub it in it seems to warm and relax the area it is very easy to apply and the feeling last for some time. I have been using this for a few weeks now and find it very useful as part of my treatment plan. It is not a magical cure but helpful on the bad days I would recommend it to anyone with realistic expectations regular use I find the most helpful. So Once again thank you for your help.
