I can't rate this Mylee PRO Elite 4+1 LED White Nail Lamp Dryer highly enough. It arrived on the day arranged when I placed the order securely packaged, though not through Amazon. It comes in a very sleek looking box in black and white with some high shine areas and some flat matt areas. It is of a very high quality and you are impressed with this item even before you open the box. Inside is a basic leaflet on the lamp with instructions on how to use it (its incredibly easy) and cleaning & maintenance (just common sense stuff), an information card on how to apply gel polish (if you have never used it before this is really easy to understand, the lead, plug and the nail dryer. The plug simply slots into the lead and then into the nail dryer. Simple as that. There is no on and off switch - you just unplug it. To work the machine you insert your hand into it and allow your hand to rest. That gentle pressure is enough to activate. You know that it is on when the bright blue UV...

I am absolutely over the moon with this fantastic, useful and money saving LED Nail Lamp. This is definitely a best buy for me in a long time. One of the most important beauty routines for me are my nails. I find it very important to keep my hands in tip top condition, because it is not only looks beautiful and presentable when nails are nicely painted, but also gives that extra confidence and just makes me feel good and feminine. Unfortunately it also coming at a high cost to keep up nail appointments at beauty salons every three weeks. So when I noticed this LED nail lamp by Mylee on Amazon for such an incredible price, actually cheaper than I pay for one professional nail session in salon, I didn't hesitate to order one for myself. The lamp itself is coming in a very well presented box. Inside we get lamp, adaptor plug, very clear instructional booklet and step by step gel polish application instructions, which is very handy and thoughtful in case you wouldn't know where to start...

This is a lamp to cure gel polish (or shellac as its also known), gel polish will not cure without a lamp.
Why choose LED over UV?
Led lamps are considered better for you than UV lamps and they are most definitely faster. Each cycle in the lamp is set at 30 seconds and considering you will have a base coat, 2 colour coats and a top coat this is considerably faster than a uv lamp which are generally 90 seconds each coat.
Why choose this particular lamp?
It looks good and it works well. I chose the black lamp, its sleek looking and was well packaged with a leaflet giving basic instruction on shellac application and the working of the machine.
Thumb should be done separately before the four fingers (do it first or your shellac will run to the side) There is no on/off switch, its a sensor, place your four fingers in the lamp, there are ridges so you get the positioning right and the lamp will switch on and then automatically go off after 30...
