This is a very good warm wax starter kit. I'm a student beauty therapist who wanted to practise outside of college without breaking the bank and this has done the job well.
The wax heater isn't the most powerful thing, personally I've found that you can safely whack the heat up to max and the wax will be at a useable temperature without risking burns. A full pot tends to take around an hour to melt completely with the heat setting up to max, and I then tend to turn it halfway between medium and max to maintain its temperature. It's also a good portable size for a mobile therapist, I've easily travelled with the kit in the back of my car when doing practise waxes on friends (usually all packed in the same box it was shipped in!)
The pre and after wax are of a reasonable quality and the strips included are also good. Obviously you also get your choice of wax included, Salon Systems are a pretty decent wax brand so it was nice to have a good quality wax. The...
