This is a really lovely little set with a variety of products - something to suit everyone.

The pearly shine one gives a very delicate little shine, not like a lipstick but just a rather feminine pink; still a lipsalve but with a hint of glamour.

The hydrocare has a real sense of moisture and nourishes the lips.

The essential care has no fragrance or colour so if you prefer something plain, then this would be perfect.

The fruity shine has a hint of peach; this was probably my least favourite as the fragrance was rather artificial and I didn't really enjoy it. However, the gleam and shimmer is nice and feminine.

All of them glide on beautifully and leave the lips feel moisturised for hours, a particular benefit during winter when the weather and central heating seem to wreak havoc on the lips.

Softer feeling and better looking lips, 20 Feb. 2016

This is a versatile set that is suitable for all family members at any time of year. Each one of the lipsticks is easy to apply, they glide on and last well before a second application will be required.

Pearly Shine adds a very subtle hint of pale pink to the lips, more of a sheen than a gloss.

Essential Care is sheer making it ideal for anyone who wants to add moisture to their lips without any hint of colour, perfect for men or students who may not be allowed to wear make up in school.

Fruity Shine has a peach fragrance that is very pleasant and it adds a healthy peachy glow to the lips.

Hydro Care has no actual colour but does give a sheen to the lips while protecting from UVA and UVB rays. I normally buy Ultralip that gives the same level of protection,SPF 15 but it is more expensive and doesn` feel so comforting as this Nivea does.

This is a great lipbalm gift set. There is a good mix of lip balms so you are provided with two which are designed to protect and hydrate and are perfect for Winter when your lips are being battered by nasty weather as well as the Summer as one of them contains an SPF. These do not have a strong perfume and apply smoothly and easily and your lips do feel very protected.

The second two lipbalms are both quite strongly scented and although they do provide a bit of protection and moisture they are also designed to look good. The peach lipbalm is the more hydrating of the two (in my experience) and provides a glossy sheen to your lips along with a lovely fruity scent. The pearly shine lipbalm is perfect for a cross over from day to night. If you want to jazz up your make up a little while still having a bit of protection then this is great. It provides a more made up look but is not as strong in colour as a full on lipstick.
