If you’d asked me five years ago whether age-defying products were worth the money I would have said definitely not. However, time passes for us all and over the last few months I have become a lot more openminded about these anti-wrinkle creams and potions. As such I was happy to get this nice gift set from Nivea Q10.

The gift set includes:

A cream/white make-up bag

Q10 Energy+ Body Firming Lotion (250ml)

Q10+ Age Defying Anti-Wrinkle Hand Cream (100ml)

Q10+ Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream SPF15 (50ml)

As I would assume that most people would be buying this as a gift set, I would have preferred it if the products were placed nicely in the make-up bag rather than just lying there, rattling around together when you open it up. However, all the products are full size so it’s probably not that easy and at least there’s minimal packaging.

Just what I needed., 19 Feb. 2015

During the Winter months my skin gets really dry so I was delighted to use these 3 excellent products.

The name Nivea is one that people of a certain age, will know and trust. First off, the face cream. It has a lovely texture and a nice smell. However, if you use too much it stays on top of your skin as it is so rich. So the adage 'less is more' applies. It makes your skin feel soft and within days, dry patches have disappeared. Secondly the body cream, this really is a must have product if you have dry skin on your body. After use, your skin feels soft and dry skin patches are gradually reduced with each use. Finally, the Handcream. This I have given to my Husband to use as he has Eczema and his hands are always dry and sore. He has reported back that it seems to be helping him. Both the face cream and the handcream have Q10 and UV filters.

The 3 products come in a lovely white vanity bag, which could be used either as a make-up bag or a sponge...

Perfect Christmas Stocking Filler or Gift Throughout the Year, 19 Feb. 2015

This set would make a perfect Christmas stocking filler or even just a lovely gift throughout the year whether that is to someone or just that you fancy treating yourself. The set includes full size versions and not the trial size versions that gift sets like these sometimes contain and contains the following:

1 x Nivea Q10 250ml Body Firming Lotion for normal skin

1 x Nivea Q10 100ml Anti-Wrinkle Age Defying Hand Cream for dry hands

1 x Nivea Q10 50ml Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream

I have checked if you were to buy these items separately on Amazon and for the body lotion and hand cream they only come in multiple packs so I have worked out the current individual item prices on them and added it to the current item price for the day cream and if you were to buy these separately they would be just 30p less than this set and don't come beautifully presented in a gift bag so I think the set is really good value for money.
