I was pretty sceptical at first but thought I'd give it a try as clinic thermage treatments are so very expensive. I've been very happy with this little machine. Heats up a well and after about 6 weeks of sporadic use, I can see a surprising difference in my skin. It's a bit boring and long winded to use but I believe it's worth it and I intend to keep it up. Customer service is pretty good too, very prompt although the language barrier is a little awkward. It could do with clearer instructions.
