Firstly you can't beat the price. I was skeptical at first because I have been obsessed with urban decay primer for ever and did not think any product could beat urban decay. The NYC eye primer definitely gives urban decay a run for the money. The only downside is the packaging. Not a fan of the pencil as the primer bit can become loose and fall out.

Although it's a little oily, it can be blended very easily with a finger after application. Really enhanced my brighter eyeshadows.The one problem I did have was when it arrived it was pushed right to the top of the cap, meaning part of it had be broken off in the cap and it's all smeared. Came very quickly though.

Not 100% about the texture when it goes on, but I can definitely see a difference in how my eye shadow looks when I apply it now, I would never use it without using this first.
