Can't say what the long term benefits of this will be since I have used it only twice. Goes on very smoothly and the brush is a good size. It dries to a matt, fairly transparent finish and I used it under my base coat (Blue Sky Acrylic) Found removal of polish a bit quicker and having this on underneath the base didn't seem to effect the time the polish lasted., and my nails were in slightly better condition for not having to scrape at them to get the polish off so if the product does good things for my nails AND can go under acrylic without problem, it is a double protection from damage and I will be well pleased.UpdateAfter using this for couple of weeks, my nail started to snap off and became very brittle Stopped using it, and am now looking for someone to 'adopt' it...terrible waste to just bin it, if it works for someone else..
