Had originally used No2 before but was advised by a beautician that No3 would be better for me as my nails always grow to a decent length and then break/split half way down. she said this is because my nails are very brittle and that I need this one would help by improving the flexibility. As far as a strengthener, as soon a put it on my nails i could feel an improvement. Too early to comment on flexibility but i am happy so far.

my toenails were looking very woebegone and my big toe nail kept splitting no matter how much i filed and moisturised. i decided to try formula 3 because i'd had such good results with formula 2 for my weak fingernails.i noticed an improvement immediately and after a few applications my feet are back to their normal healthy pedicured appearance
