Properties:

Mango butter is a light yellow coloured waxy solid taken from the seed kernels of the fruit of the mango tree. Similar in texture to Shea Butter, Mango Butter is a waxy, soft solid; much softer than cocoa butter.

Main Uses:

Mango Butter is a mild lubricant on the skin, and has moisturising benefits in lotions, and therefore ideal for use in skin care, soaps, cleansers, sticks and balms. It also contains healing qualities for wounds. When added to Sweet almond oil, cornstarch and a fragrant essential oil (of choice) it is possible top turn your Mango Butter into a homemade body cream
