Delicious and great for use in home-made chocolate. I'm not a confectioner, I simply 'play with food' until I get products that I like making into food that I enjoy. And this stuff gives home-made chocolate that something special. I use organic cocoa, stevia, a little vanilla and cocoa butter for fantastic chocolate! Nothing else comes close - in MY opinion … although Bendick's chocolate mints come close :-)
