The kit contains 3 natural oil blends using the purest essential oils.

To use simply add 2-3 drops of your chosen oil to a bowl of water (either hot or cold to your preference), mix to disperse & then submerge the flannels to get them wet. Place the wet flannels directly onto the breasts & cover yourself to keep warm. Lie & relax with the compresses in place for 30 minutes, you can refresh them during this time to maintain the temperature. Before feeding baby just wipe the breasts with a clean wet cloth to remove any trace of the scent of the oils. This product is made in Great Britain and has been successfully tested & safety assessed for use by breastfeeding mothers.
