Update - Customer service didn't respond to my email so in my eyes that's not good service so I'm giving one star now!Nice Balm but considering how small the tin is and how large the competitors tins are, I don't think I'll be purchasing this again! Competitors beard balms are just as good and most provide larger tin sizes. I bought this at the knock down price of £8.99. Still at that, it's too expensive!

slightly sweet very citrusy lime scent (albeit rather short-lived), 21 Sept. 2015
This beard balm seems ok when applied, but the scent is slightly musky and woody and hardly detectable after a few minutes. There are hardly any tones of lime, jojoba or rosemary as described and out of the 2 balms I've tried, this is nowhere near as fragrant or aromatic as Balmy Beards Beard Balm, which has a refreshing, slightly sweet very citrusy lime scent (albeit rather short-lived). It's a little pricier than this product, but there's no way I can recommend this after trying them both.

I've been using this beard balm for the last four days and I can feel my whiskers beginning to soften. The balm smells of fresh herbs which might not be everyone's cup of tea but I don't mind it.I received this item at a discount but I would recommend this balm to anyone.
