I purchased this product from a well known discount clothing / household company at their discounted price of a penny under £8.00. I have very thin lifeless hair which is falling off my head like confetti due to a syndrome I suffer from. I massaged a couple of drops through my hair and had an instant improvement. My hair 'perked up' and I was able to finger tweek it into an almost bouncy appearance. So far so good, I feel better in myself as my crowning glory looks to have a bit of life rather than the miserable thinning thatch plastered to my head. I am a 72 year old female.

but happy the product contains biotin among the ingredients, 12 Mar. 2016
I used this product for 3 days already and my hair already looks healthier. It gives you a refreshing sensation to the scalp (because of the menthol ingredient) and the hair seems to be thicker and it also added some volume to it.I cannot say yet how it helps with the hair loss, but happy the product contains biotin among the ingredients.I recommend the use this product.
