I am a knee pain sufferer awaiting a knee replacement and consequently walk with the aid of a stick and have tried many creams,poultices and pills,but this has had the best results bar none! It took about three weeks of twice daily massaging before I noticed a huge difference. The swelling went down within the first day but the actual pain relief took at least a week so no instant relief but stick with it. I was able to give my 7 year old grandson a piggy back where as before he would take my walking and hobble around pretending to be me in pain! I have now purchased my third jar of this particular brand.I tried the other brands that use aqueous cream as a carrier but I find the beeswax works better for me as it lends itself to a longer application time where I benefit from the longer massage time.No wonder the Roman gladiators referred to it as "Knit-bone" !I have no ties to this product in any way apart from being a very satisfied customer.

Bought this cream as I broke my ankle badly in March and was willing to try anything which might aid the healing process (as well as a plate and screws). My mum always swore by comfrey for all aches sprains and goodness knows what and always had the dried leaves hanging at the back of the shed door! Seems to be working as the ankle seems more mobile-here`s hoping!

The cream is very effective in soothing and healing injured tendons ( I am using it for a tennis elbow) and it is better than other comfrey creams I used in the past. Will definetely re ored when run out of it. And a little goes a very long way
