Great Lotion, Appalling Service from FX Plus, 24 Jan. 2014
I love this lotion, i love Neals Yard.However i purchased this in January 2014 from the seller FX Plus (may be a different seller now?). The picture shows a glass 200ml bottle but i received 50ml. No where in the description does it specify the size so naturally i thought it would be the size shown in the picture, it was not. Please check with the seller what size you are receiving unless they update their description which they should do, It's so misleading. They said they would give me a refund if i sent it back, can i be bothered with that? No.By the way you can get the glass 200ml hand lotion from any Neals Yard shop for about £13 so don't be ripped off by these sellers.
