I really like the Neutrogena brand as a whole. This particular body wash has had the most positive effects for me overall. I like the smell! You can feel it working deep in your pores when you're massaging it in. I use it once in the morning and once at night. It helps minimize breakouts but it does not eliminate existing acne.

For existing acne or blemishes I do use an oil based product- tea tree oil to be specific-

. A little diluted tt oil and the blemishes clear up in about 2 days for me which is much quicker than anything else. It's very thick so it needs to be used sparingly.

Since the tt is oil and the face scrub can be abrasive and contains salicylic acid, I do use a skin moisturizer to make sure I'm not dry or flaky too. My lotion of choice is...

I guess this is one of those products that will either work or it won't so I'm not going to say definitely go out and buy it and it will solve all your acne problems as, for you, it might not. All I can say is that when I started using it I was sceptical. But I have to say that for me it has been incredible. It really works and my back, shoulder and chest acne has really improved, even from day one. It seems to dry the acne up immediately and reduces inflamation. I also bought the scrub and spray which are really good too. Because of the cost I went to the docs to see if I can get a similar product on prescription but she said not so I will carry on paying for it. The best way I found to use it was to shower first with a standard shower gel. Then turn the water off and apply this shower gel, massaging all over the area. Got rid of acne and most my kp, 9 Mar. 2014

This product is great!! I love it so much! I have really bad kp on my arms and legs and it's just helped so much nothing has ever worked but this has made it 80% better and I also have acne on my back which is nearly all gone now and I've only been using it a month maybe 2 at most defiantly but again!
