Bought this for my daughter, she loves it, much better than the girls worlds as they are not made as well as they used to be. This us great quality and can actually wash and style the hair properly.

Do not buy this head!!! I had to buy 2 for the course I'm doing. One for styling and one for cutting. So I know have 2 crap heads. The clamp doesn't work properly and just generally looks and feels weak and bad quality. As for the hair, it doesn't hold any kind of style or grips and pins and about 4" of the ends of the hair is ratty and thin so not really 20" at all. I also put my straightners down after using them on the head came back a few minutes later and found the "hair" had melted into the plates of my straightners! Blatantly not real hair if it melts. In the photo attached I have chopped off 1.5" to get rid of the scraggy ends!

Bought to practice braiding, 18 Sept. 2015

Just received my mannequin. Have recently qualified as hairdresser. I found braiding difficult to master and had cut hair on mannequin supplied in kit very short while learning. Bought this replacement to be able to practice braiding and similar long hair styles. I have brushed & combed it without too much shedding. I was concerned about it not being 100% real hair but it feels 'soft' enough to work with. The hair is possibly not as dense as my other mannequin but it is dense enough and much longer; the clamp is smaller and lighter than my others but has an easier to use thumbscrew . As cost is about £20.00 cheaper than ones supplied through college I am pleased with my purchase.

I am about to start a bridal hairdressing course and have trimmed my mannequin's hair level and put in bleached woven highlights with a permanent colour over it to prepare her for some (hopefully) spectacular hair 'do's'. For practice I have also curled her hair with hot rollers. All these...
