New CID Cosmetics i-Line Black Professional Khol Pencil for me was a great purchase for one main reason it can be used to draw a sharp line under your eye lid or even with a quick smudge of a Q-Tip and it smudges very well. I also like the fact that I was able to use this early in the morning and after a long day of appointments etc. and the line which I drew and smudged under my eye lid was still visible without any extra smudges or even run of make-up. I also like the fact that even with my sensitive eyes I was able to use this product without any irritation. This for me was a great buy not only for a top quality product but for the price asked it was the perfect addition to my eye make up which I have to admit I use daily.

Bought my first pencil in 2006 and use it almost daily. It's almost finished and I will definitely get another. I've tried others throughout the years and nothing comes close to this one! It's excellent. My eyes are sensitive and all other eyeliners irritate my eyes except this one.
