As long as you don't follow the directions, it's ok, 12 Mar. 2011
the directions say leave it on for 10 minutes ... well, if you do this, then it washes straight out, so do as you would when using normal hair colour and leave for approx 30 minutes

I have used this product before and it is really good, no mess and a lot quicker than using full head hair colour, great when you only need to toch up the grey.

i love this touch up, it does what it says on the box and so easy to use and hardly any mess. I also mix two different colours together.. i would highly recommend this :-)
