Less than two weeks of using nioxin hair booster and its system 4 scalp revitaliser and dare I say that I felt like there was some shedding. But my 10000mcg biotin came in the post 2 days ago I have taken 2 tablets as of yet and on reflection, my hairline is looking the best it has in the last 4-5 months. It'd deteriorated so badly in the few months also due to poor diet, stress, alcohol, no excercise and smoking. Is it the biotin or is it nioxin which has made the profound difference? I believe its both, although its the repair has only struck me today. I believe and have seen others say that biotin gives it a kickstart. The hairbooster is so easy to apply because its a gel so you can really massage it into the area's that need seeing to. Regular liquid energisers have never given me results and dribbles down my foreheard, into my eyes which is excruciating. It doesn't burn quite like alpecin energiser does, which I used to think meant that it was working, but after actually seeing...

it seems to be helping , early days yet as I don't always remember to use it daily . But hair does look better . ordered the shampoo and conditioner to fingers crossed
