Although I've bought this cream from another retailer I thought Id review it. I have a very light skin tone and always do a full make up, then thought I'd get BB cream for those lazy days when I'm not feeling up to it, just to give my face a bit of nice even tone. Well, its not as good as I thought it would be, the texture is a bit heavy for what it claims to be and my face turned really dark, nearly orange, you could see the line where the cream was applied, the more I tried to smooth it out the worse it got, and the coverage wasn't even, my face turned unrecognisable, had to go and wash my face and start with my usual make up stuff. Therefore only 2 stars sorry NIVEA.

Waste of money, 19 May 2014

I did not buy this product from Amazon but thought I should share my views. I bought this product as I was after a more of a moisturizing effect and I am used to matt look compacts. Even though its says its a light colour it has given my face a orangey tone to it. I am pale in winter and tan very well in the summer but this product looks ridiculous. I have tried applying this on 3 occasions now and it just doesn't seem to blend in properly. Even my partner said to me 'what have you done to your face'. Not good!!

I had read the reviews and have still brought the cream. I am of a darker skin colour and I knew the colour would not match. So I have brought the darker colour and of the same item and mix the both to get the colour that I want. Happy with the results, and I have not had any other issues with it. I use it as a light coverage and it seems to work with the way I want it to work.
