Replaces the fluid just fine, 13 Nov. 2011

I had been using the Nivea Visage oil free moisturising fluid daily for almost 15 years. Without it, after washing, the skin of my face would become very red, very dry, and ultimately start to crack, peel, and flake. My skin is also spot-prone (exacerbated by becoming irritated after washing) and oily. I found the moistering fluid to be the perfect solution: daily use quickly resulted in a soft and blotch-free complexion, maintained during the entire time I used it.

It was also the only moisturiser I could find that my skin would tolerate. Almost a dozen others I tried all stang my face and turned it bright red and blotchy, sometimes even for an entire day. They also felt very greasy and heavy. A far cry from the light and soothing effect of the fluid. You may therefore be able to appreciate my worry and disappointment upon suddenly discovering that no more of the fluid was being sold anywhere as it had been discontinued. The product arrived on time as usual. The Oil-free moisturerise works best for me and keeps my 69 year old skin in good order. I inerited a good, clear skin from my mother and this product is the best I can find and is essential to keep it in good order as it is not polluted with scent and stuff and not cloggy or shiny. I am distressed that Waitrose don't stock it any more but they did introduce me to the Visage range for which I am thankful. Please DON'T discontinue this oil free version. .....Thank you

Makes a great after-shave, 24 Mar. 2011

One of my sons gets rashes after shaving to I got him to try this - and it works a treat. Also works beautifully on my skin and is totally non-greasy - I hate the feel of having something on my face and this just sinks in - and now my husband is using it too. It's not an expensive product anyway, but the Amazon price is brilliant!
